ESC does not work upon death in Adventure mode

Update: nevermind.

 The key DOES work, it just gave no response for about 5 minutes. There was no lag and the game continued on as usual. I'm guess the world was just being updated, but I still am confused why it took so long.

Yeah, this has been widely reported in the 40d16 thread.  Hopefully it'll be fixed by the next 40d## release.

I am also having this issue, very annoying, still not fixed so im posting to get some notice towards the issue.
