Woah, Kilas, that's pretty... um...

And Kagus, I think the image and the title do sortof have something to do with each other - black and white implies age, after all.

That was interesting.  I think there are ways that the band name could've been done better, but GIMP was getting a little shaky and I didn't feel like figuring out a different way of slapping it on there.  Neat photo though.  Again, cropped for CD-shape.

I also cheated a teensy bit, using only the last two words rather than four or upwards.  This way seems more legit.

Yeah, I spent a while on Gimp looking for a 'free transform' tool.

PS is better there.

Alright, so I cheated on the band name.  But with the album title and cover combo, I just couldn't call the band "Rowing at the 1900 Summer Olympics – Men's coxed fours".

EDIT:   And GIMP is being a dick about accepting new fonts.  It's getting tricky to do cool stuff with the mind-numbingly dull default fonts.  I somehow managed to sneak one new font in there, but that's it.

Do you just put new fonts in your fonts folder, then restart gimp?

It's what I do, and it works.

It's what I do, and it works.

For the first font, I put it in the Windows font folder instead.  Then I had to wrangle GIMP so that it took fonts from that folder as well.  That netted me the Floydian font, and whatever else might have been in there.

Now, I've tried putting fonts into both folders, and restarting GIMP 3-4 times.  Nothing.  Not a blip.

But then, GIMP has been acting a bit strange anyways...  It keeps complaining about a procedure entry point or something that cannot be found.  I may just have to go through the hassle of reinstalling the darn thing.
