As far as you know? Doubles the rate at which you master fire magic.

oh and i like to use my 5 roll on this action
you sure? There are now three people trying to stop them, and you could use that roll to guarantee a more extreme action.

Yes you were. Oh well, it really wouldn't have affected anything, you can cast the spell now anyway.

Still no turn, I'm going to compete in a programming contest and won't be back til tomorrow.
