Being undecided my Freshman year really set me back, but now I'm on track, doing what I love. My main major is Earth and Space Exploration. I like to think of it as an unholy fusion between Geology, Astronomy, and Engineering(we're expected to know the basics of electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering). Class schedule includes Astrobiology, the Geology of Mars, and a senior Exploration Research Project (your undergraduate thesis). I hope to eventually work for JPL (Jet Propulsion Laboratory) or directly for NASA. If I can get into shape (unlikely), my impossible dream is to become an astronaut.
I've also got a second major in Mathamatics; it's useful for every aspect of the sciences. Also, I plan on never retiring; just becoming a high school math teacher when I get too old to work on rockets.
I also have what I consider to be a minor in computer sciences. However, they don't offer a minor in computer sciences, so it really amounts to a few programming and computer design classes under my belt.
Majors I'd like to get if I could stay in academia forever: Philosophy, Neurology, Creative Writing, Computer Science, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Greek, Latin, Classics, Physics, and a few others I can't recall at the moment.
