Maybe Nuke thought chaoticjosh had some powerful town role that warranted protecting. The thought had crossed my mind for why chaoticjosh forced a no-lynch.

Important reason? The reason I had was to avoid a town death. I was working in the interests of the town.

Lynching himself only helps scum, unless he is scum, in which case there's STILL no point because why would he do that because he wants to live. That's stupid. His only hope was sudden switching by Leafsnail or someone else switching. I'm still angry for not being there.

That means we've got a few Days to not mislynch. This also means that it's likely there's no Exterminator/Operative, unless Leafsnail was scum. Therefore, there is only a possible Seeker or Hunter. Probably a Hunter.

Basically, the only reason to lynch was to prove himself town/scum, but would it have been worth it? Why not ask yourself why you didn't help lynch someone, Jim? Because you weren't here? Would you think that's suspicious? No. Josh isn't suspicious for not wanting to lynch himself.
