If I were rolefishing, why would I be rolefishing someone who's currently the most likely to die and has already claimed to have a "useless role"?

With benefit of the doubt: He browsed a little after his last post and then went to do something else
With suspicion: He logged off to avoid having to make a roleclaim he hasn't prepared. He is discussing what to claim with his scum buddies as we speak.

I am not 'role fishing', Mr.Person. Forsaken has already 'claimed' a +shitty role+. If I was scum I would know he was telling the truth (as a townie), and I would not be interested in killing him, so what his actual role is wouldn't matter. And this also applies to the real scum, so it doesn't matter if he claims.

Forsaken is clearly going to die at this rate; however, I don't feel him being scummy - not nearly as much as Humaan (Sure, let's lynch a townie) or Muchenik (explained earlier).

I feel like Forsaken is a townie cracking under pressure, to some degree, but I am suspicious of his defeatism-blackmail.

But then the problem of him revealing his role is the same, isn't it?

If he reveals his role, we obviously don't believe him, because if he's scum, he's probably lying, and if he's town, the scum is pretty sure he's not lying, and we're still stuck at an Im Passe, now aren't we?

Really?  Just answer the questions.  It would take about as long as you spent typing that reply to just answer most of the questions.  For the longer ones it rarely takes more than a few minutes.

On the other hand, you've gotten a decent few questions, but that's mostly because you aren't answering them.

Janus, if you where a chicken about to cross the road, what is the name of the four scum across the road and why would you think that?

Please note that these are just some of my (best formed) suspicions and none of them are particularly strong enough for me to be rabidly angry about lynching them.  Well, yet anyways.

Forsaken - For not answering the questions and blowing up about it.
Humaan - For justifying a lynch with the potential existence of a watcher. Believe me, the game is unlikely to last that long.
Nuke - For being watchful enough of forsaken to catch when he goes offline.  It's day 1, even though we can have strong suspicions, it is still really early in the game.
Diakron - For trying to grill the mod on who the scum are (and then ending up asking me instead).

Well, everyone's gonna claim VT, aren't they?  It's about as useful to the scum as "I'm Spartacus!" was to the Romans.

I really don't think that there are that many vanilla townies around.  From what I've seen in the last few rounds plus Meph's demo roles, Paranormal is balanced pretty heavily towards giving most people some sort of power role.
