In general, your animations would benefit from more between frames. After you did the walking animation, your others have been just the keyframes, which makes the animations very hard to read.

If you're seriously interested in animation, I cannot recommend enough that you get The Animator's Survival Kit. It's a book written by the guy in charge of making Who Framed Roger Rabbit, and it's filled with tons of great techniques and discussions on the old Warner Bros. et al animating styles. Tons of useful details.

Yeah well, back on topic:

You should indeed add more frames for the crouch. It's too jumpy.

Also, watch videos of people jumping, crouching, punching, etc. It will help you make more lucid animations.

Furthermore, try to do the actions yourself.

Is that how you swing? Is that how you crouch? Because dear God, I hope not!

Yes.

That's not a throw! That's a swing with a 1-handed weapon.

EDIT:

I honestly have no idea how to position the arm in the red bordered frame(the frame after it has its arm up).

Could use more shading, unless how it is right now is the style you're going for. The body looks rather flat.

Yeah, that's the style. But, you did remind me of a couple of parts I forgot to shade...

Does the animation look overly animated?

Tee hee hee. I should've edited those out, too. I no longer need criticisms on those. ;O
I've moved onto a smaller, less deformed version of those.

Bump.
Stuff is slowing down here and I'm incredibly bored at home since we don't have cable/internet.
I started spriting out of boredom. (I'll get back to In the Cave at some other point. :-X)

I've been wanting to improve animating, especially those awful ones that were here ealier.  :-\

I was thinking of scrapping this and making a new body with a better posture and a NECK. (My sister keeps complaining of this. :\ )

 especially Japanese.
