 Imagine the shenanigans as you find a doctor that is also 40k obsessed, and he starts making 40k references to obscure medical things that you get perfectly, and use this as a base to study medicine.

 And then WorkerDrone becomes a butcher Surgeon.

WorkerDrone waited. The lights above him blinked and sparked out of the air. There were xenos in the base. He didn't see them, but had expected them now for years. His warnings to Helbrecht were not listenend to and now it was too late. Far too late for now, anyway.
WorkerDrone was an Adeptus Astartes for fourteen years. When he was young he watched the battle barges and he said to the Emperor "I want to be on the ships Emprah."
The Emperor said "No! You will BE KILL BY XENOS"
There was a time when he believed him. Then as he got oldered he stopped. But now in the battle barge of the Black Templars he knew there were xenos.
"This is Helbrecht" the comm unit crackered. "You must fight the xenos!"
So WorkerDrone gotted his bolter and blew up the wall.
"HE GOING TO KILL US" said the xenos
"I will shoot at him" said the Warlock and he fired the warp cannon. WorkerDrone boltered at him and tried to blew him up. But then the ceiling fell and they were trapped and not able to kill.
"No! I must kill the xenos" he shouted
The comm unit said "No, Workerdrone. You are the xenos"
And then WorkerDrone was a Surgeon.

It actually IS accurate. ''Xeno'', meaning Alien, being a 'visitor', and outsider, something not from within in the first place, but from without. Its perfectly logical for me to assume that my white blood cells sharpen their metaphorical chainswords and load their bolt guns in preparation for battle with monstrous entities foreign to them.

If only school hygiene videos were that awesome.
