No the locker with code was in the door on the west side of hallway. I mean the 3 doors in corpse room.

In corpse room the west door has a scytheboy. The two east doors are unexplored but have noises. The south is of course back to the hallway.

I don't think you understand how this telepathy deal works. If a telepath talks to you, you don't automatically get telepathy.
