Go back to the room with 3 doors and examine the body on the floor's belt (The one you rode like a bull). It looked interesting.
Otherwise, go into the elevator and press the up button again.
Alternatively, attach the rope to the crowbar and use it like a flail.
Go back to the scythey shopkeeper and see if he can help in any way with the new code.
And try going back to the first computer and try and use the access code.
Also, the scythey in the shop didn't have his eyes or his mouth sewn. The one in the doorway and the one you killed did, thus I'm taking the assumption the shopkeep is friendly and the one behind #3 is hostile.
Another course of action would be to tie the rope to the doorknob of room #3 and open it from a distance. Then, wait for the hostile scythey to notice you, unless he turnes his back. Aim for the tubes or his tank, since that apparantly kills them.
Once finished with that, wear the labcoat.
