I got out of classes and went to my car...
I was hoping around with my mouth open trying to catch snowflakes...
All excitable-like.

I got in my car, drove forward a bit, and turned so I could get out of the parking lot.
As the road came into view, this amazing chorus-type music came on the radio.
With the chorus and the nicely falling snow... big flakes, slowish fall, you see...
It was so beautiful.

I came to my first stop and as I pressed the brakes, the voices were fading out.
Light turned green and the voices spoke up, it was so... in time.
The next light I stopped at had the song end.  But another took it's place as I took off.

When I stopped at the light 3-4 blocks away from my place, I watched the snow some more...
And my eyes started to fill with water.  :'(
I didn't cry!
But... I was getting there.

IT WAS AMAZING!
Wow... I totally saw that while I read it.

it's winter

the temperature hasn't risen even once above 0°C in the last 6 weeks

if I saw any butterflies, then probably in powder form, after I shattered them with a hammer, a baseball bat a sack full of doorknobs.

which is the same I shall do to you, until your retina peels off.

I shall then take said retina, smash it into pieces, and arrange it in the form of a butterfly
