In any case. I caught up with some mates today, and it was really fun. I should do it some other time.

Today I strangled some wolves while trying out adventure mode the first time. What made me happy was realizing how hard it would be to strangle someone, more importantly, how hard it would be for someone to strangle you! Horray for not having to worry about being strangled!

And hopefully the job search will yield happiness at a later date.

Are you talking about strangling in real life?  Adventure Mode probably isn't a good indicator of how likely you are to be strangled, especially if you spend too much time telling your friends about it.

Lol not seriously, but if you do take it seriously, it wouldn't be too hard to break the grip in-game, and IRL you'd really have to try to convince someone to become angry enough to strangle you compared to other, more conventional things (such as yelling at you, other types of physical harm, material destruction...)

Yah, smigenboger, I found that one out during a social experiment. If you start strangling someone, generally they'll try to strangle you back, instead of trying to hit you or something. So, if you just keep the pressure on, then you should be well and asphixiated.

I'm happy about Dwarf Fortress finally, holycrap, actually moving out of the Underground Stuff stage and approaching something called completion.  Mainly because it gives me a good excuse to start a Community Fortress.  A very special one, that I hope people will like.
