A fairly big storm in that if you were doing 60 on the highway it would be a pain in the rear.  I know those storms. And yes, Jack. It's not exclusive to you.

Nah, it's true.  The whole game takes place in a close time loop, so canonically it never really happened.  It was a last-ditch cop out when the dev team realized what a horrible game they made.
