Sonic sort of creeps me out now. It's like there's nothing inside him. We're playing a shell. This comes from three minutes of playing Sonic adventures and that one where they thought it was a good idea to make Sonic a big slow bruiser.

I HAVE A TAILS PLUSHY I WON AT AN AMUSEMENT PARK BY BEING THE BEST AT WACK-A-MOLE against like 5 people. Although some of them were old people. So it was barely a contest.

Sonic has already lived out his lifespan, IMHO, and is currently being kept alive through sheer force of the determination of those trying to squeeze more money out of him.

Mario, Link, and Solid Snake have been around since the early 1980s, and while certainly showing their age, a good director can refresh any concept.  Heck, Batman was copyrighted in 1936 but nobody complains about dredging up his old corpse every 15 years.

How convenient, I still have my Sonic plush from eons ago. It's sealed away somewhere, but I still have it. :D

Found it. Turns out it wasn't sealed away. It was out in the open somewhere.

I liked all the 2D Sonic games.

For 3D?  Eh, the best is Sonic Adventure 2 in my opinion.
Yes.
I wish I hadn't lost it. :<

3d? SONIC CD, and the special stages.  It had special stages, in 3D. It was whack.  I never got past that factory level.

Knuckles and Tails were alright because they seemed to fit. They could work together and nobody would question it. All the other crap just seemed shoehorned in.

But yeah, I got my PS2 emulator to work at 60fps most of the time thanks to some rather scary options being run. I still need to learn how to get Shadow of the Colossus to run so I can see how it'll utterly destroy my machine.

I would bet money Andrew has edited things retroactively, except I can't prove anything because it was edited retroactively.

There are humans in Sonic?  Eh.  Haven't played any of the games except whatever the first one was called.

Yes and sonic is like an adult hedgehog.

That makes it even more creepy.

I agree.

And PS2 emulator? You mean there are some available that somewhat work? Interesting. I still have my PS2, and use it every now and then. I'm still having a hard time dealing with the final colossus on Hard mode. Ugh.

Dr. Robotnik/Robuttnik/Eggman is a (Hideously deformed) Human being.

He seems intent on imprisoning little woodland random creatures in metal shells, which are controlled by the tiny creatures.

In the Sonic adventure series, You can have the Chaos Rub the little animals all over their faces, Mutatiog the chaos into some sort of eldritch abombonation.

I liked to give them wings.

P.S: Official canon puts sonic's age between 18-20. Tails, However, is ten, and i assume Knuckles is ageless.

The Horror, with commentary.

While it does change every time a number is printed, I believe the official canon is Sonic-15, Tails-12, Knuckles-17, or something like that.

Knuckles has been around since the beginning of time.  How long do hedgehogs live, anyway?
