We have those open topped buses in Cambridge!  Only it's always raining, making it extremely pointless.

I should probably visit somewhere America properly sometime.  As it is I don't have a very good impression (brief stopover there shortly after 9/11.  Ugh).

I'm free.
As am I. Likely for the same reason: TVTropes crashed.

Maric, might I ask if these are related?

She said she didn't love me.

I'm free.

New episode of Doctor Who is on.

Unfortunately, I think it's David Tennant's last episode.

Waddya know? Serenity is on Sci-Fi as well.

I just watched Phantom of the Paradise.

Apparently, were i live people loved the movie so much they kept in in theaters for over 4 months. (most other places had it for around a week)

It's a shame theaters never show old movies. I bet if they reshowed Lord of the Rings they'd get tons of cash and not have to make a new movie, which could be really profitable.

Depends on the theater and its age.  Pretty much every city with an "art district" will have a few theaters that only show movies from decades past.  There's one in my area that shows stuff like Brazil and Army of Darkness.

Yeah, mine has an all-out theatre that shows live plays, like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. VERY cool, even though I've only gone there once.

Itnetlolor has crafted a masterpiece.

I call it the Baconfurter, Francon, or simply Bacon-Dog.

It's a masterfully crafted hotdog (or frank), ecircled with bands of bacon. (2 to be exact).

Tastes so freaking good, you don't need to add ketchup or mustard to it. The bacon juices season it perfectly. Quite filling as well. Made a couple, and filled me right up. Worth a try.

Yet another thing of brilliance bred from boredom.

For added flavor excellence: Grill them. With charcoal preferably, as well as hickory chips if you have any. Smoke them if you want.
