 I almost failed a major test in Math because instead of studying I was helping some friends through a hard time.

At noon I was sitting in my living room, watching TV. I heard a voice say something, but when I turned around nobody was there. After a few minutes I heard footsteps coming from the doorway to behind me; I turned around, nobody there. I had a little laugh and sat back. And then a hand grabbed my shoulder.
I almost had a heart attack.

I seriously almost had a heart attack. My paranoia and other disorders got...awakened... recently.
You know, hearing voices, breathing, footsteps, and knocks on the windows. Seeing people in your room at night and almost concealed behind stuff, but they vanish when you look fully. Feeling things touch you. The usual stuff, ya-know?
