I think I can make that possible. I do have the means.

Took some effort to get Photoshop to cooperate, but here it is.

Oh, considering anything above CS2; you have to import video to layers, and *.gif or *.*, and look for the animating file; in case anyone was curious about making/editing their own.

Not a fan of that "feature". All the timing had to be recalculated manually. I'm surprised I hit the timing spot-on.

I'm happy at the amount of santa hats in this forum.

Also, I'm thinking of shaving myself a reverse hitler mustache, by shaving off the part that would belong to a hitler mustache.

Hah!

Just checked, and GIMP preserves the timing and can open .gif to edit it with a sigle right click -> menu option.

You do reaslise GIMP is just the poor man's Photoshop?
