Yesterday I got the heroclix legacy card I've been waiting like 6+ months for, for an old modok figure.  It was teased forever ago and the set the card's from released this week.

Legacy card is basically a new card for an old figure, with new special powers and traits plus revised point cost and keywords, to make that figure playable in a modern game.  This is mainly to reward collectors of a long running minis game really.

I've collected most all the modoks in heroclix, including modam (the female modok) and the Deadpool one.  As an added bonus the legacy card's fluff mostly references his appearance in marvel v capcom 3, which is kinda cute.

Edit: it is apparently above freezing for the next 10 days . The snow might melt!

Guess we're lucky here since we haven't really had it stay cold long enough to get any ice yet.

Hahaha apparently one of the senior managers described me in a meeting as a troublemaker because I kept agitating for higher wages and telling everyone they were underpaid & should seek more. Higher praise is rarely so easily won

Guess we're lucky here since we haven't really had it stay cold long enough to get any ice yet.

Therein lies the problem, though the snow isn’t high enough for this yet:

The front of my property faces south, which means the sun melts the snow even if it gets below freezing. This also means if there is a pile of snow, it melts and the melt water pools in the shade behind it, and that then freezes into an inch thick sheet of ice which is an utter bastard to break up, even with a good ice chopper.

Genuinely what happened. Manager kept saying everyone was happy with their wages until they talked to me. Didn't neglect to address whether their wages were fair though. If someone points out the village is sick it's not their fault the people are coughing, get some damn medicine

Medicine costs money, when killing that annoying prick saying something is wrong is FREE.

I can see that being a problem, I'm not sure what an ice chopper is but I've found a tire iron works quite well for smashing problematic ice.
