There was a recent trailer for the new Yakuza game, the 8th installment in the series; THEN there's a trailer for a yakuza spinoff gaiden title; THEN they announced a remake of Ishin, a spinoff I plausibly thought was never coming to the states! ... THEN they announced that the Judgment series was coming to Steam.

Like holy shit Sega, you're throwing every present I could ever possibly imagine all at once! It's fucking my birthday, Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Easter, Valentine's, and Black Pride Month all at the same time, and what's that knocking? It's my fucking Dad, it turns out he really did just get lost on the way to buy milk and cigarettes and he's back in my life again. Something that never "happened in the entire history of the internet" is great to see--especially given how many other people acted too! Like taking them down from the webarchive (by an archivist request themself).
