dun i already answered this

first you cook a pie

then you fry it

As with most sorts of frying like that, you probably want to freeze whatever you're frying before jamming it in the fryer, maybe add another layer of dough or whatever around it.

You can also do the less interesting fried pie recipes, which are basically just pie calzones. They ain't bad, tho'.

I missed it. Apologies, the information is critical.

Gonna do this.

But yeah, googling fried pie will give you the fried fruit calzone thing. Try something like "frying piece of pie" to have better luck for instructions on frying a proper pie. You can also look for more generic instructions on frying sweet or cold stuff (ice cream is an obvious go-to) and just adjust them for pie. It shouldn't be too hard to find or figure out something workable.

As a Scotsman, it is my duty to inform you that you can fry anything.

Fried pizza is a common one around here, though I've never tried it.

Tried a deep fried Mars bar once.

It was… not very pleasant.

I’m sure there’s a chippy somewhere that will allow you to bring in something and they’ll deep fry it for you.

Mars, deep fried Mars in a bottle?

Of course a piece of Mars fried, grilled or steamed will be horrible, you have to wash the perchlorate and oxides first.

Deep fried chocolate bars are not just a trope? I mean we got the explenation earlier in that you freeze them but I was still dubious... Honestly just assumed they fried the cake in a pan to give it a crunchy crust.

Deep fried chocolate bars are indeed an actual thing, not just a joke.

As a Scotsman, it is my duty to inform you that you can fry anything.

Everything long pork adjacent we fry just fine, far as I'm aware, so there's no mechanical reason you couldn't fry long pork. Meat is meat as far as the fryer is concerned.
