I generally just use avocados, salt, and a little garlic. Tend to save the rest of the stuff for a fresh salsa mix.

I highly recommended at least a little citrus fruit. It makes a big difference.

My New Year's resolution is still going strong. I've nearly completely cut sweets and biscuits from my diet (barring the odd indulgence ) and I'm squeezing and drinking one lemon daily (the first time without water, subsequently with). I've also completely cut out fizzy drinks, in particular the energy drinks to which I'd been forming a mild addiction. The replacement is water, which while not-tasty is probably for the best.

I've found that I feel consistently more energetic without sudden rises and then crashes.

I used to hardly ever drink water simply because I didn't like the slightly chemical tang of tap water. Recently I've begun to appreciate its refreshing qualities, but I'm still not sold on the taste.

It definitely changes on where you are, aye. Back home, we had well-water with a hint of iron to it. Always turned brown after a few hours of standing. Looks nasty, but on the whole was pretty good. Town water was always terrible. Just terrible. Not sure what the hell was going on there. City water isn't bad though.

They can be. I sometimes drive trucks through farm areas, and roadside stands might sell them at like, a dozen for $6. I've never seen them quite that low, though.

My local tap is treated aquifer water.

It's lovely for the mineral supplement tbh. And since I grew up on the taste, I prefer it to most other places' tap.

They were "Mini" Avocados, but they were like the size of my fist anyway.
