The first time in my life I go out into the general public bare chested.

Does that exclude swimming pools and the beach, or...?

Of course not.  Places where you wouldn't normally be shirtless, i.e. my front lawn in downtown Dallas at 3PM.

There was a pot-bellied guy mowing his lawn in his boxers near my house today.  I raged.

A long time ago a guy was getting mail in his boxers and my brother yelled "nice shorts!" out the window.  I lol'd.

Doth my lack of flagrancy offend thee?  I don't apologize for being dignified.

I've gone weeks without putting on any clothes at all.

And I *never* wear underwear.

I've walked around shirtless when it's snowing.  At school.  Through the lobby, even.

I'm always barefoot. It's too cold right now to take off my shirt though.
This is quite impressive when the place you used to live at was full of rocks and cacti, and the place you live at right now is full of mushrooms and -5 degree dirt.

Oh my, what a city. I really should not have been out at that time to know of this strange occurrence, or how common it is.

I generally stay pretty clothed. I cannot understand people who sleep in the nude. Of course I always mess up my sheets more than people should and my fear is having the bit of sheets that were covering my dangly bits suddenly in my face contributes to my habit, but that is how I go.

My clothing is determined by the duality of privacy.  I feel naked if I walk out of my house without a hat, and if the Texas weather permitted it, I'd wear a jacket all year round.  Wearing sandals in public makes me feel retarded, even if I'm just going to the drivethrough.  When I started my job at UPS, people thought I was crazy for wearing full length pants in the summer (khaki slacks but still).  I finally relented to the heat and got my first pair of shorts since I was five.

Conversely, if I don't plan to leave the house for any reason, I'll often forgo even wearing pants.  I've slept in the nude my entire life, conceptual cleanliness be damned.  Although I did just recently buy my first ever pair of sweatpants to wear when sleeping, only because my schedule demands that I be ready to lay down or get up at any time of day.

At least Dallas gets snow. Down here in Houston, we just get some wind, a bit of cold, and the days get shorter. The most ive had to put on, ever, is a light jacket, unzipped.

Yeah, i also hate wearing shorts in public; i wear pants even if ill spontaneously combust from heat.

On the happy side, ive managed to get my hands on a bunch of Warhammer books. Havent looked through them yet, but they're there.

As long as I'm not in a strongly structured social situation and the snow is less than two inches deep, I'm generally wearing sandals.  I've considered trimming the copious hair of my toe knuckles but I think that just makes it look weirder?

I wear a T-shirt, jeans, and gym shoes year round.  A light jacket in the winter, which I've had since I was like 12 and still fits and is in perfect condition.

My grandmother got me a new jacket this year, after I very clearly told her I didn't need one.  Now I have to wear it even though my other one is awesome.

And I *never* wear underwear.

I have a feeling you and me are the only people on this whole board that share that habit.

And yeah, it sucks to live in Texas and also have an obsession with leather. It gets really uncomfortable sometimes. Though I have taken to wearing my hoodie instead of my jacket because it's more breathable.

I have worn, for the past four years or so, every day I spend in public: a t-shirt (plain, without markings or labels of any kind), jeans (of the same brand and type, long, with cargo pockets), long socks, sneakers, and, ordinarily, a coat. Recently I've had to take to wearing a belt, and the only other significant change to my wardrobe was to add a pocket to the t-shirt about two years back.

Fist_of_Armok has been content lately. He has eaten a stack of Tornados (3) lately. He has eaten a cup of ice cream lately. He has drunk a glass of kool-aid lately. He has been worried about his best friend and his continued inability to reach him. He has listened to several fine songs lately. He has been reminded of the BDSM subculture and is disgruntled about the fact. He has been suffering a mild headache lately. He played a fine game of Rocket Mania lately. He acquired a fine Packard Bell CPU.
Fist_of_Armok enjoys junk food, sandwiches, pizza, books, computers, and the color brown. He likes kobolds for their unintelligible gibbering, dwarves for their magnificent megaprojects, furries for their pornography and cats for their soft fur. He utterly detests the overly submissive, Storm Constantine, and Twilight.
He is antisocial, but enjoys the company of the like-minded. He does not need alchohol to make it through the working day. He is prone to introspection and occasional depression.
