I recommend a SSD of any size. Even a small one can be used to install games onto.

Things that get a lot of data thrashing however, you want off your SSD since they have a finite read/write life.

Hibernate file, page file, web cache etc, better to chuck them on an old drive. Anything that's from the internet for a start, your bottleneck is the connection speed, not the drive speed, so i always use my oldest and shittiest drives for torrents and downloads.

I wanna do a thing. Something outside myself. A big (yuge) thing. I want to change public opinion on atheists and assorted non-religious folk in the USA.

... It's a tall order. I'm a little daunted. I've had three ideas on how to do it today and I know where to start.

1. Signs, billboards, and flyers. With simple, non-aggressive slogans like "It's okay to be an Atheist!" And a number/link
2. Start a website with links to helpful atheism related stuff, like RationalWiki and such like. Probably a forum too.
3. Get a cheap phone solely for the purpose of answering calls from the aforementioned flyers/website. Deal with hate calls and sift through bigotry to find people I can help.

So. It's my plan. My... Thing that I do that positively impacts the world. My raison d'etre perhaps.

Yeah they're biased and vitriolic but their guide for the recently deconverted is decent. Also haven't found much else yet.

I'll do my best to indicate in anything I do that I'm not an antitheist and vaguely dislike attacking religion.

Took a quick gander at it... and a lot of the wording treats religion like some kind of drug (Opium of the Masses indeed!). "Recovering Believers", seriously?
