I've needed to start running again for a long time. It's what I do instead of crying to dissipate excess negative emotions, which, as the lb discord could tell you, I'm drowning in. That physical exhaustion is so cathartic because I can outrun my problems.

Also my wife is 100% for sure, gov't confirmed pregnant with babby 2!

edit: Whoops, I probably owe Gunner-chan a happy for the thread don't I...  My dad visited over the weekend and got to spend some time with the boys (who he has been able to see one other time in the past four years), I caught a pretty nasty cold and couldn't really spend any time with them on Sunday but I was very happy to see him again.
