I'm gonna call my comic store first thing tomorrow! Err... later today, that is. After I read some more of the first 41-issue collection and then sleep off this binge.

They have one in stock! The first of the ones I need!!
Well, I would kinda like the previous one as well, so I could re-read a few issues that I only own as single issues somewhere, but that's okay.

So exciting! I'll probably head into the city on Friday and grab that, along with a meal of one of the various exciting foodstuffs available in and around the CBD.

Now now, that's not true. I'm pretty sure most people don't check to make sure it matches with the profile if the date's even there, and there's always the good ol' "lying". You could probably do that again in a few months/weeks/days/hours and no one would notice. Even if they did, you could spin it as deciding to do it on your real birthday! The choice is yours, use your rampant cake powers wisely.

Someone call Bob Ross because I just had a "happy little accident". A property services guy came to look into a minor annoyance concerning bugs, while here we both noticed the sound of dripping, I look under my sink (the cupboard door was already open) and notice water where it shouldn't be and a droplet hanging from a water pipe.
So the pipe got fixed before it became a real problem (and may have been the cause of the other problem too thanks to the hot & dry weather) and damaged the flooring or something (it wouldn't have burst when the cold weather comes unless it was really cold due to how far indoors the pipe was, never mind it being the hot tap and about 4ft from the cooker).
Lucky the guy had spare parts in the van and could fix it then and there.
