That's pretty metal. Are you gonna replace them with spikes? Chuck on some patches/stickers and you'll have a pretty sick battle car in no time!

Winter snow tires have metal studs in them to grip the ice better. Unfortunately, it is illegal to keep them on throughout the summer because they seriously fuck up the roads and this state is already notorious for road construction being an unofficial "season" and like half our tax money already goes into annual road repairs. So yeah, the metal studs have to come off ASAP.

Yeah, even if the money was decent the working hours and general lack of responsibility from the managment folks was just fuck awful.

When you finish a 12+ hour workday (after 4 hours of sleep, because the previous one was working late as well) and they ask you to get up in 5 hours to do another 12+ hour day, when you say that you physically can't do that because you'd endanger everyone in the car with you they say ok, only to send you a message an hour later (after you've already fallen asleep) that you should come in at 7, not 6 because that is so much better.
