It's kind of complicated but Spain Spanish dubs are only used on Spain and they tend to be... hilarious or plaim bad for the rest of the Spanish speaking world, sometimes even incomprehensible. While neutral dubs are used on the rest of the world and can be understood perfectly even in Spain.

It's kinda hard to explain.

Yeah, it's very much the same deal when it comes to EU vs BR Portuguese. Well, it might actually be worse since there are some pretty major differences between the two. African Portuguese is kind of in an odd spot in-between the two.

But are understandable and watcheable as some friends there tell me. Spain dubs here sometimes seems like another whole language and are really hard to understand, which is a shame because you have(I guess you are Spanish) the best cinema on our language as today IMHO. Argentina is on a second place.
