Thanks you all fine gentlemen. Family gathered around and there was even a delicious cake involved! Most importantly, the day was spent with my family and we are in good health.

It might sounds weird but we have a saying here that goes "Estamos juntos y sanos que es lo importante" which literally means "we are all together and in good health which is what (really) matters".
