Demon House - slice-of-life. A girl moves into a rental for her last year of college, but it just so happens that the house is haunted by demons. She must learn to adapt and juggle her social life between her human friends and her less-than-desirable roommates.
I have stumbled upon a webcomic, by stumbling on random things on the internet (like imgur, on story suggestions from message/images [those 2 sentence horror things]), which all came about because of a wholesome comment by some person. "What if someone lived in a house haunted by demons but the person was-...?" [I forgot the exacts but it was a nice way of saying it].
Only knew later it was slice-of-life and such.
And I was sucked in immediately--it switched all the things I loved. Nice characterization. Puns. Awesome inclusiveness. Subtle characterizing art. Wholesome comments section for the most part. Non-intrusive ads on the site. Puns. And humor that many people who aren't me will probably find cheesy. Also exploration of a lore that I could easily relate to--because my background is total respect of things, even if these things are demons. There was one page which wrote exactly my mindset on these things in the comic and I loved how reading it, I felt myself nodding in mind fully. To everything. Even being lousy.
The protagonist is a Filipino.
I jumped right into the comments section to see other reactions when I saw the first-ever tell (y'know other than the NAME :V) being the dialogue of people saying "Anak, -..."
Because seeing that struck a spark of realization.
This is just ♥ to have discovered this awesome webcomic.
Also having nice people in contact even if most are online.
Thanks Bay12.
