Have you considered a heated toilet seat/bidet?  Very much worth it.

Well, they're certainly brutal by my standards- I know there are plenty of lunatics on the forum from ridiculous climates who would laugh at my discomfort.

As for seat-heating, well, I don't think I should encourage myself to spend any more time on the toilet than I do already. Half the time I take a book with me. >.>
