Found cheap triplex to perhaps buy and repair. Working quickly; already have section 8 HUD tenant approval. Financing difficult; not impossible. Contractors located for work I can't do. Formal inspection required.... Cautiously optimistic.

Work atmosphere interesting; difficult and challenging, but possible. People standing in their own way, but there you are. World burns; they bicker. Putting out fires, etc.

I know how you feel, tir. I get like 1.5 kb/s from home at the best of times. Bay12 is like the only website that loads frequently.

I know I get upto 36mbps. Max the cable type can get I believe. Was pleasantly surprised that I get 9-10mbps upload too. I feel sad for those of you with slow internet, its a PITA when its slow.
