Also good news things: This thursday, i'm beginning a course(??) with a psychologist specialized in anxiety, with the aim being to get a grip on said anxiety. It's probably going to be very hard at times (exposure is not pleasant), but dammit i want this to work! Also, minor happy from today: I resisted my usual very strongly ingrained reflex to minimize Krita when my bro tanked into the room. ONE SMALL STEP FOR SHOOK, AND NOT REALLY A GIANT LEAP FOR MANKIND BECAUSE IT'S IRRELEVANT TO MOSTLY EVERYONE ELSE.
