Yeah, hangings are always a good place for townspeople to meet up.
Now I feel like playing some Town of Salem.

So in my drought of webcomics to read I have decided to start Homestuck, which I somehow haven't yet gotten to despite having read some of Hussie's other stuff before (specifically Problem Sleuth).

I am currently the good kind of slightly puzzled. It's like if PS had something resembling coherence?

E: Yes, I have been living under a rock. It's safe, comfortable, and economical, thankyouverymuch.

You're going to need an arctic expedition worth of supplies, about three moths of spare time and a psychiatrist, brah. Assuming you're dedicating 8 hours a day to it. Or so I hear. I wouldn't go near that. It's really cozy under this rock of mine.

get out

Too late - they're already here.

In serious posts, I'm getting to a point where I can actually occasionally sketch things out as they appear in my imagination reliably on the tablet. It's pretty nice.

well, you'll definitely need some time. i read it in a school term break and just spent multiple days straight reading (although i do this thing where i reread things to confirm them sometimes), including 13 hours of reading

That's kind of how Unsounded took me. Oh well, I guess it's not like I have important shit to do... SPOILER: AVIS HAS ABSOLUTELY VITAL, UNIVERSE-SAVING STUFF THAT HAS TO BE DONE IN SHORT ORDER. AVIS IS NOT AN INTELLIGENT HUMAN BEING.
Strangely enough, only having a single factor of procrastination that I obsess about sometimes makes me more productive. Maybe this is all for the best. I'm actually kind of excited to find something new to read, that's why I was in this thread.

BFEL has into Disgaea.

Not only is this some theoretical hyper-cocaine equivalent for my min/maxing munchkin mind, but it also means I now know where a couple of Gunner and Owlga's avatars are from. Which is always fun. Also Flonne is best girl.

I know, right??  Plus it (very optionally) offers an outlet for my love of grind.  "Oh yeah the numbers just keep going up.  And if you want?  You can make them go back down, but other numbers go up when you do that, and I can see you want that."

but it also means I now know where a couple of Gunner and Owlga's avatars are from. Which is always fun. Also Flonne is best girl.
Oh, I didn't catch those references actually!  I only played the first...  Also I like Edna better, but Flonne is way better than I expected.
Prier cameo is best girl (;

Reading is the best time waster. I once stayed up from 8pm to 6am reading Dune. And it was good.

I assume you mean Homestuck, and YES there are many fresh jams.
You don't need to even read it.  The songs are good on their very own, and a lot of it's up on bandcamp.  Probably in various places, but at least 4 entire albums are here:
https://homestuck.bandcamp.com/album/homestuck-vol-1-4

A few are painfully meme-y (my favorite), and almost all accompaniments to events in the comic.  But I think most of them stand on their own musical merits.

Thank. I will read it first, though. It is bad enough that I recognize the characters for reasons, I don't want to spoil the music for myself as well. I might get the albums after I finish it, though. I bookmarked your link for later.

I was just excited because I got to the first scene where there's an entire flash music player.
