Saw Rogue One with friends today. It was a good movie, but I won't say anything I did or did not like because spoilers.

I saw Rogue One the day it came out, at the ten pm showing. While the night was a wild four hours of waiting in line and taking shifts, the movie was decidedly FUCKING EXCELLENT.

Going to put my thought in a spoiler because they're decidedly less positive and I don't want to ruin anyone's fun. There shouldn't, however, be any plot spoilers.

In my opinion the movie was pretty meh, the first 2/3 (or around about that) were, in my opinion at least, pretty fucking awful. I found them boring, badly paced and full of some pretty bad acting. HOWEVER, the last third of the movie was absolutely fucking amazing and made up for the start in a lot of ways. Actually it might have been worth watching just for that. But yeah, I hated the beginning.

I enjoyed Rogue One myself, saw it with a couple of friends the other day, and I can make a testament to the statement that there is a robot in it, and we loved him dearly. 

I still stand by my point that Star Wars is kinda... over, as a franchise, but I digress.
