Oh shit
I just realized who Tiruin reminds me of
Tiruin is starfire
That is 100% canon
YOU TWO O_O
Thanks for making my daaaay ;~; (Digi, I still blame you for
forcing making that one selfie that I smiled in which is a first :v)
Em.... who's that?
And for the love of all that's holy, don't say "Tiruin."
Aaaaaaand who is that?
Starfire, from the cartoon series Teen Titans. It was brilliant when first released and pretty wholesome with the character development
I found it very enjoyable (and yeah, looking back, I do sound like Starfire a lot XD)
Did Tiruin just roast you with a compliment?
You do realize she's going to now attempt to refute your assertion that she had tried to cook me, right?
Would it be strange to say that I thought of cooking when I saw the idea of people roasting each other the first time?
I still didn't get it whenever I saw the pictures of 'roast me' followed by witty or somewhat comedic comments following.
...I still don't get it, to be honest.
I keep thinking of cooking or something with fire.

It's like people forget that Star was the leader of a Proud Warrior Race and killed the shit out of a bunch of aliens (admittedly with a heaping truckload of justification). They just remember the mustard and the constant cheerfulness from the TV show.
Yeah but she was different. That is very important to note the personal individual. (Just like how Raven was different from...well, spoilers)
She was like a benevolent part of the Proud Warrior Race people rather than the KILL THEM ALL RAWR HONOR kind of their people, tried and tested through many adversities. So...yeah. She IS part of a Proud Warrior Race that does that, but she's also individually different and unique (kindhearted and friendly, which did create a lot of conflict when she was back in contact with them...)
That, and she enjoyed the companionship and belongingness that pretty much everyone had, and was part of her persona. (Although there was little on cultural integration so that would be part of why she was confused with so much slang that seemed so common
)
