Late reply, but I'm fairly sure the Modern Prometheus also refer to Dr. Frankenstein, as he, after all, was the one who stole the fire of life from the gods to create Frank Sinatra.

Nothing on this page makes sense or seems to be relevant to its surroundings. This pleases me hugely.

Heiterverzweiflung. Not a legit German word so much as something a friend and I made up in German class once. "Carefree despair". When life is so fucked that you can't stop laughing.

Some years after that David Bowie sprang fully-formed from Sinatra's forehead.

I have a ticket to see Gojira and TesseracT here in Philly on Thursday. Should be fun, even though I'm going alone.

So, I began writing a description for an bugman, and ended up being taught about the nature of muscles and the reason why an endoskeleton is necessary for proper mobility!
Whoo-hoo for learning!

Free biometric screenings at work.  All my numbers are within normal range.  I'm surprised, because I've been feeling horrible for at least a year now.  But that's probably my sleep habits catching up with me, and not staying hydrated enough.

So many bad procrastination jokes to be made.

That must mean your deadline for beating procrastination is sometime after tomorrow, or else you wouldn't be on track.

Carefully optimistic about this exam. Might have managed to eek out a low c if 100% of the portion i finished was correct.

Probably a d again, but I'll take what I can get.

Holy crap, I found mothra. She was batting her wings on the window, somehow having made it inside yet again. I went there, grabbed her and released her outside. Good to see you too ;~;7

I am reminded of the time I was on a boat slowly sailing up and down the Thames, filled with sixteen year olds wearing suits and dresses and a playlist called "Party Boat" but no alcohol.

As if it was something I read in my favorite book, the scene that occured on that dingy dinghy feels like it will remain in my mind forever. The lightning, the context, the costumes. The contrast that left me sad and confused until I realised just how beautiful the scene was. Yet completely insignificant to anybody but me.
