I happened across an abandoned antique computer. I'm going to donate it to a museum.

A Loewe Teleguide terminal from the early 90's. So not a computer per se, but one of the ~30000 pieces of an Internet. The design is unique enough to be put in a museum, in my opinion.

Yeah, he's a banned spammer. Normally we'd delete this thread too, but people were having too much fun with it by the time we got here.

I finally got the motivation to actually boot up a game besides Magic Duels, which is killing my soul and crushing my balls anyway, and that's good ol' Mii Plaza on the 3DS. It has some new games apparently, and I have a healthy supply of playcoins. I got the freebie game they're giving away, 'Market Crashers', and it's absurdly fun for a game that's just about buying low and selling high and worshipping and stressing out about numbers.

Actually, I've always loved games about trading and making money. I remember my favorite part of Fable 2 was exploiting a glitch that allowed me to run from store to store buying and selling weapon for millions of in-game gold. It also reminded me of one of my favorite games that I never really got to enjoy to its fullest: Gazillionaire. Goddamn I loved that game, but it was clearly a game meant to be played relay-style with a bunch of likeminded nerds, of which I had none at the time cause I've been a friendless fuck for the duration of my entire childhood.

I was made a little happy just being reminded of it though.

On unrelated news, I seem to have decided I'm hitting rock bottom and decided to sign up for an anti-procrastination online course. So far I don't regret the 16 bucks spent.

It took a bit of work but I've got GameMaker working on Mac now. Which is good.

OOooo, I'd love to know how this is going :D Please share your ideas for the rest of us! (Also :O to hear that there's no counselors in your area other than those in the professional field?)
Anyway cheers for progress \o/

I'm super leery of professional counsellors.
I once literally asked a phone psychiatrist 'What's with all the questions'?

Read up on it thoroughly or go meet them :)
Sometimes people get a ton biased due to their first experiences that it then becomes or feels like something to apply to the whole field. That's not the case that should be done. It can be done, just not should.
