So I recently got into Tyrian, which I missed completely besides the shareware version years ago. I enjoy it enough I accidentally completed episode 2 without realizing how much time I sunk in.

Tyrian 2k's friggin' great. Carrot of death! Also all the art assets are apparently completely free to the public now, which is double great because they're pretty darn nice, too.

Yup this is true, I'm actually playing it through opentyrian which comes with the assets, though it doesn't have episode 5. But episode 5 is apparently kinda meh so I don't mind. If I really wanna play it I can get 2000 from gog, it's free there.

I SAW the carrot in a secret level shop but I kinda liked my current ship so I stuck with it.

I am only productive because I am working. The fact that I get out of the house is instrumental for me taking the time to practice music and study German. Ich muss mehr Deutsch sprechen.
