The best defense is a good offense, you go after them profs like there's no tomorrow:

"What have you published recently, professor A?"

"That last piece of work you did had so many holes in it I could use it as a sieve, professor B"

"Who are you again, professor C?"

Doom 2016 is great, which is a happy.

The hard difficulty is fun, and a good challenge compared to most first person shooters these days. I like how, and I know everyone says this, the Doomguy mirrors the player's feeling of "Who cares?" towards the plot, and just tries to get on with the ripping and the tearing.

Multiplayer is surprisingly decent too. Everyone uses the Baron of Hell or Prowler for their demons, but the basic Revenant (jetpack demon) is probably the best in my experience.

I graduated high school yesterday, then went to an awesome restaurant call The Melting Pot, where you get cheese fondue as an appetizer, then you choose what you want to cook in a pot of your choice of broth.  And then you cook it.  For desert there's like 6 different kinds of chocolate fondue to choose from, 2 of them are flambe'd.

I'd say yesterday was a good day.

Gave my nephew, who's 1 and a half, a slice of lemon today. His face was adorable. 

Sadly his mum and his grandmother said that I had to try a slice first before I was allowed to give him one and I can still taste it faintly five hours later.

Can confirm excellence of singleplayer, haven't played multiplayer. Doomguy's general "look at all the fucks i don't give about your gig" attitude towards Hayden and a whole lot of other things is quite amusing (also THE FIST BUMP), and well, the game's just plain fun to play. Is it the original Doom? Nope. Does it have to be? Nope. It is a worthy successor, if you ask me, and generally it feels like the developers had a lot of fun making it. I just WISH that it didn't crash so often on my PC, but hey, i did get to complete it. The finisher for the final boss was... Very satisfying indeed. :v

The moving.  It's finally fucking happening.  Last post I made was that we got approved for a place.  Then we got the lease agreement, and we found that the leasing agent company is predatory as all hell.  So we didn't take it.  We finally signed a different lease agreement this morning.  Two truckloads already moved.  This is good, because we have to be moved out by Thursday.
