With no context, I'm going to assume that is the average speed at which you can run long distances without getting tired.
You're pretty fit.
If by run, you mean bike, and by long distances, you mean doing a single mad sprint to see how high I can get the speedometer to go. I almost had it at 23mph, but I was pedaling so recklessly I was scared I might lose my balance and take a tumble, which would put my exercising plan out of commission. The goal is to get to 30mph before the end of summer, or if I achieve that, then I'll reevaluate my goal to another realistic challenge.
My average speed that I'm comfortable with is about 12mph, anything faster than that seemingly requires exponentially more serious physical exertion. I did five miles today, though most of it was sprinting, then cooling off, then sprinting, and repeating, until I broke my previous best of 21 mph.
Ahah O_o I've been gone since April 23. Oops!
Undergrad thesis + academic finals to 4th year in Psych = FUN. I'm wondering if posting work/school stories in the happy thread is ok o_O
But busy busy.
Best thing is the friends by my side. Today, despite the sads happening with one of my friends that I'm helping her with (she went to me because I'm the analytical friend ._.; to discuss a complicated situation), she said she'd miss me a lot when if she transferred because 'of my uniqueness'. Either I'm being called weird in a nice way or other silly stuff. But that touched me.
Looking back at my life. Wow that's a leap (also of self-esteem <_<) that I didn't expect .-.
Congratulations so far Tir! Good luck on your thesis! Thinking back, it should have been obvious to me you were a Psych Major
