No one has ever billed makeup as art to me before. I mean just regular people wearing makeup in public, not character makeup for films or whatnot. It's definitely an interesting perspective.

It is the only perspective through which it appeals to me. So I kind of like that perspective! I wonder if being good with makeup correlates to improved art skills in other areas?

Had phone interview today. Seemingly nice company. I hope I get in. I can never tell what HR people these days are thinking, but it seemed ok.

I shot off a thank you email right away so I wouldn't forget.

Asked her what the next step in the hiring process was. She answered her supervisor would review it and call if she liked my materials, then in person interview.

Here's hoping.

I gots me a nice interview today too :v, the HR woman said that she's 100% sure the two people they want are gonna come from our group, even though they keep getting more candidates, since they want to fill in these jobs quickly. Said we're getting a call after the weekend to say wheter we'll continue the selection or not. Excite.
