I'm watching Terminator: Genesys and loving it. No idea why this has such a low rating, probably expectations about the franchise. But this is one hilariously cheesy movie.

E: having come to the end, there are a lot of plot holes and things that were never resolved. Still fun to watch, though.

About a week ago I started doing a small amount of weight lifting (very small amount)

My utter lack of exercise meant I couldn't do more than 20 lifts of a 10 kilo dumbell in each arm without my arm refusing to lift any more.

Now, however, I'm able to get up to 30. Whether that's because of muscle or I've got more used to it, I don't care. I'm getting exercise and already seeing results!

I read that at first as doing 30 kg curls. Man did I suddenly feel inferior after slowly building up to doing 30 reps of 10 kgs over half a year until I realized my error.

Psh, i feel inferior just reading about you guys curling 10 kg and doing that 20 times. :v (for reference: my two-handed cable curl was 2x10 reps of 12.5 kg, and it pretty much stayed there)
To be fair to myself though, i don't care about exercising for its own sake at all, and that's not something i feel bad about. The only thing i feel bad about is the amount of money i wasted on a gym membership.

Also I got to mess around in svencoop with my friends (Cag and lsp), which was fun. I think next time we need to mess around with the rate settings and stuff.

In other news, I started a story in the Cataclysm DDA forum and I think I might actually take it somewhere. I just need to give it an actual plot, and I'm home free!
