It's actually alright. The I in "действительно" is supposed to be a breve, but other than that it's okay. "Камрад" is actually a word, it's a whole lot slangier than "товарищ", though. In proper literary Russian there would be a comma between them, but heck.

Just 'friend' is "друг" [droog]. A Clockwork Orange would have taught you that, I thought. Tovarisch is not necessarily a title, but it has connotations of working and doing stuff together. It's friendly, but not exactly like 'friend'.

Man, I forgot how much fun Dwarf Fortress is. Fired it up, started a fort, doing well so far. Having basic familiarity with poetiry makes reading the randomly-generated poetry forms much more fun; now I have a vague idea of the kind of poem the bard who dropped by is reading. I played around with the image settings a little, and I appreciate them very much; now the picture engraved in my church's wall won't be of Random McHistoricalfigure prostrating himself before a tree or something.

Plus, the zombie nerfs are wonderful. A Hero adventurer can now go in and slaughter them like the mooks they are, rather than the unstoppable demons of rage they were.

Like, associates are people you do stuff with, comrades are people you do stuff with and who you like, friends are just people you like a lot. Of course, this schematic doesn't accurately reflect real usage, but it gives you a vague feel for the semantics of each, which is what I was going for.
