Google reverse image search seems to imply it existed (in a somewhat different state) before it's current use on bay12. Although I didn't find the original source so I have no idea what it's suppose to mean. (My guess, possibly rule 34? The other image has Anon instead of bay12 and a blank box labeled 'rape' instead of a cake. So. Uh. Idk.)
