Only one I know is Zeno Clash.  It's waaay slower than a typical fighting game, but I think it works well.  I didn't get into the sequel but I played the hell out of the first one, I still replay the challenge levels sometimes.

The dollar is at 70 rubles, I got the equivalent of an A on my Russian final, and the Italian restaurant I had dinner at gave me a free pizza.
