There's always more to do, but we're pretty much done with what we've found we need to do before the first release, so we'll go ahead with that release in a few days! Then we'll continue to work on bugs new and old for some time, as usual, peppered with work on smaller suggestions and other life improvements.

I have never been so excited at the prospect of burning books and beating up nerds before. Get hype.

 Well, that helped make my day. Another thing that helped is weird birthday cakes.

 Namely, one of my siblings had an oil pipeline cake this year (Past years have included things like: Oil covered beaches (with sharks and the ocean)). The best thing about it was the powered sugar hearts on it.

 Why hearts you may ask? It was traversing the heartland.

Hahaha, I had the most delightful lunch whilst some crazy drama student shrieked like a grim harpy about how I shouldn't be eating the chicken because chickens are more valuable than humans because they are pure and we are evil and must be wiped out.
Could not contain my laughter when she started touting how well educated she was in the area of tofu and almonds and me and Japanbro were uneducated and clearly knew nothing about how animals were worth more than us but we eat the chicken anyways ^_^

I officially have a job, working from home online, creating game development tutorials for Game Maker and Unity. Hours flexible. Pay... slightly below minimum wage because I had to be competitive when applying, but it's worth it for a job I'll genuinely enjoy, and I might get an increase further on.
