I saw the card and thought I should build that B/W deck I've always wanted. Then I read the Uncharted Realms and decided I needed to build that B/W deck.

Today I realised that I can connect to the other side of my country in 32ms. There was a time when it took so long for a person to get from here to almost the exact same place that we actually remember a group of people doing it as an event.

Technology is amazing.

It's even crazier when you realize we've been able to identify some cases of insider trading in stocks because the supposed signals to buy/sell them would have gone faster than the speed of light. It's amazing to think that not only are we handing information back and forth at the speed of light, but that we now have clocks precise enough and so much in sync that we can actually measure how long it takes for it to get there.
