Gainful employment completed! And it was a small enough paycheck that I don't have to report it to the IRS!

I bought Hyperdimension Neptunia on a $30 whim.

I am half an hour in and it is the best investment I have ever made.

If your employer is withholding tax from the check (which they should be, it's probably illegal not to), you should always file taxes come April (even if you didn't make enough to be required to). If it's a small amount, chances are you'll have a total refund, depending on how many dependencies you put on your W2.

If they aren't withholding tax, then do whatever.

You may also qualify for various tax credits, so it can often be a good idea to file a tax return even if you're pretty sure you owe nothing. Unless you're a dependent, of course. I assume you're not actually 1389 years old, so I have no idea.

EDIT: Of course, if you have other reasons for specifically not wanting to file taxes, like that guy you killed a few states over...

“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

That sucks, the game is awesome.

Do yourself a favor and do at least 2 runs: On the first, play on casual mode so nobody perma dies and you can get to know the characters through supports.

On the second, play classic and get your heart ripped out as those characters you love so much are slaughtered by your poor tactical decisions.

Or do what everyone else does and play on Classic from the beginning, resetting the map if you lose anyone :V

Man, that reminds me of struggling through the early chapters of Path of Radiance. I lost about a billion times in the level where you have to escape the town to Nasir's boat. Took me forever to figure out how to stop the Black Knight from smashing your guts out with his stupid magic sword.

Reminds me of my days playing FE4. That was the game that taught me the true value of savescumming. Thank god for emulators, I tell you what.

Congrats on high school senior-ism!

I was never a high school senior, heck I was even only a junior for a week.  I wonder if it's all proms, musicals, and situational comedies like TV seems to want me to think.
