...Gosh. O.o

Honestly I wasn't overly worried, I was too happy to be particularly concerned as to why. I think the only real danger was overdosing on endorphins. :P

The up part of the moodswing is over now, though, sadly. I should probably sleep before I get too sad, but alas, I'm sitting down and cbf getting up. Dang.

Woo! That was Manic, time for depressive!
I mean actual bipolar is a months at a time thing so never fear.
But moods wings are always indicative of intriguing chemical wassits.
Be safe. The forums need all the snag-eaters it can get.

Yeah, he's a banned spammer. Normally we'd delete this thread too, but people were having too much fun with it by the time we got here.

There is something called rapid cycling, where the mood swings are a couple days or weeks apart. It's usually more dangerous because there's not much of a timeframe in which you're at baseline. My cycle for example was a week or slightly more of depression, then a couple days of euphoria.

I think it's free until mid-2017. I'll probably put it off until around then.
By then I might as well wait until Linux stops being pretentious and then switch to it.
Most Linux distros seem pretty functional and non-pretentious. I don't think any of them even tell you about bands they're sure you've never heard of.

Awright. Awright, I'm all good.
Well, back more-or-less to my regular apathy, anyway.

Your Dorito situation is akin to my cheesecake situation. It is a good day.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

"It turns out our phosphorous torpedoes have somehow figured out how to split the hydrogen from the water, turning it into a self-sustaining fuel source"
"Right now we can't cross the Atlantic Ocean with ships"

I know they're just kidding around but I found that too funny.  I love silly bug reports, I hope they find some fun real ones in the rest of the stream.

Edit:  Wow these stupid "no line of fire" messages.  When trying to *return fire*.  That's one of the great things UFO Extraterrestrials added, LOF enemies are highlighted when you hover over a square before moving.

I mean it's cool that they ray-trace shots from your gun, but it's also stupid.  If you can see it you should be able to shoot it.  Particularly when it's shooting at you.  The AfterX series did that well with dynamically leaning around corners to shoot.

This is good. After I played openXcom, I couldn't stand playing TFTD without all the luxuries that it had provided. :P
