Best way to fight the power is to subvert it from within, right?

That's what I've always said.

The best part about fighting The Man from the inside is I get to be The Man until the revolution comes.
Hah. You were the revolution. The coming revolution is just the next Man.
The Manvolution.

FAKEEDIT: Actually, after googling that term and looking at the results, please fucking shoot me if I ever use that again. In the face. With a bazooka. Loaded with acidic pirahna.

Isn't that why it's called a revolution? The wheel turns, the bottom becomes the top, the too becomes the bottom.

I... have a relationship too, I guess?

A sexual, non-romantic one.

which isn't dysfunctional at all

Except for the one in France. They guillotined the top of the circle and fixed all of their problems.

I believe I have a harem.

Is it still a harem if it's gender-diverse?

How did the French feel about Bourgeoisie? Were they sacrificed to the baguette gods too?

Probably. Very diverse. Some cute trans guys in there too! And one non-binary, as far as I know. It's a rainbow of cutepeople.

Technically, the definition is, in archaic times, "the separate part of a Muslim household reserved for wives, concubines, and female servants."

Hee~.  France managed to have a republican revolution and come out with three times as many competing candidates for the monarchy as they had when they started (Legitimist, Orléanist, Bonapartist), and two sets of nobility instead of one (those from the Ancien Régime and newly-elevated Bonapartist parvenus). :P

I feel...Unusually optimistic, for once. No real cause for it, but it feels like things are gonna go well. And I am, for the time being, at least not completely disgusted with how I look, which is nice!

The "bourgeoisie" were the ones leading the revolution. Or came out on top from it, rather.

Well. Sorta.

At any rate, they're the ones who (broadly speaking) displaced the nobility of Europe over the next few centuries. People joke about trading one set of masters for another, but it's got more than a little truth to it.

Yeah, that's what I was confused about. The merchants were quick to show their power.
